Why I Joined Help Desk?

I decided to join the Help Desk because in my career, I’m going to choose it in computer science and I’m thinking about artificial intelligence. I know much about C++ and I’m learning Java this year. So I thought of learning additional things about technology by taking Help Desk. And that would be beneficial ahead in the future.
